Youth Sewing Class!
Instructor – Linda Wooster, retired Home Economics teacher and award-winning seamstress
In this class you will …
… learn the parts of a sewing machine and what each part does
… practice using the machine to sew straight seams
… construct a simple shopping bag from your choice of fabric
All materials and sewing machines will be provided.
Open to Ages 10+
Pre-registration is required.
**This class will take place Thursday, October 23rd from 3:30pm-6:00pm at the Shuswap Makerspace.
Located at 220 Shuswap St. NE Salmon Arm, BC. Bottom of the brightly colored Innovation Center.
**Limit of 3 people. (Minimum of 2 people to run the class)
