SUMMARY:Youth Suet Feeder - " Wood working for Kids made simple"
DESCRIPTION:Classroom presentation use puppets and nesting boxes or feeders local birds and their natural history. This is followed up with an additional presentation on tool use and safety. I remain on site during the assembly process to assist students. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGet ready for a hands-on\, giggle-filled workshop where creativity and nature come together! Kids will have a blast building their very own suet feeder\, learning how to help local birds\, and getting a little messy along the way. With simple tools\, fun materials\, and lots of encouragement\, this workshop is all about making\, learning\, and feeling proud of something they can take home and use right away. Perfect for curious kids who love to create and care for nature. 🐦✨ \n\n  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSuet house will be provided. \nAges: 8-15 Years old \n******Pre-registration is required.***** \nThis class will take place Feb 4 2026 – 3:30pm-5Pm  at the Shuswap Makerspace. \nLocated at 220 Shuswap St. NE Salmon Arm\, BC. Bottom of the brightly colored Innovation Center. \n**Limit of  15 people.
