DESCRIPTION:LASER CUTTER 101 COURSE – 2 Part Series\n \nHere’s your chance to learn more about this exciting piece of machinery at the Shuswap Makerspace! Come and get certified to use our 100-Watt HL 1060 Laser Cutting / Engraving machine\, and learn all the capabilities of this amazing tool. What are you going to create?! \nSession 1 – Sunday November 9th 9am-3pm (with a lunch break) \n-In this class\, you will learn the basics of the machine\, safe operation\, and designing for the laser. Knowledge with Windows is required\, and there is software that can be downloaded on your personal computer to prepare your files for the laser.
