DESCRIPTION:Memory Makers program – Stained Glass!\nThis program is set up for a senior (55+) and a youth (under 16) to take a class and build a project together for one low cost! Perfect for Grandparents and grandchildren\, Aunts/Uncles with Nieces/Nephews\, or even your favorite neighbor from down the road! \n    \n\nEach senior/youth duo will work together to make a simple sun catcher that will have between 6 and 12 pieces. DESCRIPTION:The Shuswap Makerspace is holding a semi annual ‘Big Shop Clean Up’ evening\, June 23rd from 7pm-8:30pm!\n\nAs a non profit\, shared use space\, we encourage all members to drop by and lend a helping hand. The more helping hands the quicker it will be!\n\nThis is a perfect opportunity to give you\, our members\, a sense of ownership and pride in the woodshop\, seeing exactly what goes into keeping the shop in a clean\, usable manner for all the members to enjoy. Remember\, this space is only as good as we keep it! (And we think its pretty great!)\n\nRegistration is not required\, just come with closed toed footwear and ready to lend a helping hand!\n\nRefreshments will be provided.

DESCRIPTION:INTRO TO 3-D PRINTING: \n~ Learn the basics of 3D printing and how to safely and successfully use the 3D printers and software to print your own 3D objects. This course is a requirement for gaining access to the 3D printers\, and being able to utilize them for your own projects thereafter on a memberships or drop in basis. \n\nThis workshop is led by Kyrel Silva.\n\n \nThe fee is $100. Ages 10+ (Note: Youth members must be 12+ to purchase a Makerspace Membership). This class is suitable for ALL ages \nThursday June 19th from 4PM – 7PM at the Shuswap Makerspace\,  Located at 220 Shuswap St. NE Salmon Arm (Bottom of the brightly colored Innovation Center!) \n***Register soon as space is limited to 4 people!*** \n**Minimum of 3 Students to run the course**
